Self-Care at Home





•Sunlight helps to break down bilirubin so that a baby's liver can process it more easily.


◦Placing a child in a well-lit window for 10 minutes twice a day is often all that is needed to help cure mild jaundice. Never place an infant in direct sunlight.


 •If the bilirubin level is too high, the child may need to be placed under a special type of light. This treatment is called phototherapy.


◦Sometimes, such lights can be set up at your home with careful monitoring.

◦The doctor (with the parent's help) will decide whether to begin a child on phototherapy.

•If an infant's bilirubin levels are very high or if the child appears ill, the baby will most likely be admitted to the hospital for treatment.

ERTI SEBUAH HARI RAYA....

Hari Raya... bagai yang lepas-lepas, cuma berlegar di sekitar KL, Sentul...Kepong...Gombak... Dah lama terasa nak melepasi sempadan KL dan Gombak namun tak terdaya... tiada keupayaan dari segi kewangan. Lebih-lebih lagi tahun ini.... tiada saguhati raya, abang belum dapat pinjaman PTPTN untuk sambung degree dan kakak, yang akan terbang ke Mesir.

JANG O JANG

Kisah Jang di hari raya.... Syawal 1430

First year :

1. Jang ikut abang Naufal gi takbir di malam raya....surrender selepas rumah ke 7.... dah ajak balik, dahpenat!!!
2. Jang ke surau, ikut ayah solat sunat aidil fitri.... nampak berdiri je kat tepi ayah, memerhati orang sekeliling, first experience
3. Hah, lepas tu ikut kakak-kakak beraya di kampung melayu frim.... dapat duit raya!

Besok.... yah, dik nak gi ndi kat ngai (Ayah, adik nak mandi kat sungai).... ok, after this story fasal jang di sungai... he...he...he
